What was your first "wow" experience in WoW?

back when i first started the game (late 05-early 06) i had leveled my n'elf druid to about 24-25, and i was running thru barrens for the first time like the clueless noob i was and i happened to stumble upon a raid on x-roads, seeing all those 60's mounted up in a big row was pretty sweet, and then watching them mow down the town, (mostly in ghost, as i brilliantly wandered in behind them, only to be quickly mowed down by an undead mage aoe) was pretty neat- i've had cooler experiences since then of course, but that was the first time in the game i was really thinking- man this is cool

I would say my first "wow" experience was back in early beta when the choice was alliance only and I played a Night Elf. Darnassus is truly a beautiful area and really made an impression.

I think the next was the first time I created an undead, watched the intro, and realized that I was seeing actual players running around on the fly-over.
