So... Blizzard is owned by the french?

I've just been reading about the new merger with Activision and the article mentioned that Vivendi (the company that owns Blizzard) is a french company. I know that this is old news, but it didn't occur a few months ago when Vivendi purchased Blizzard what country they might be affiliated with.

Personally, I don't care much for the french.

Just wondering what other people think of this?

I think that it's generally a bad idea to make threads aimed at particular nations or nationalities. They tend to get a bit toward the flamey and Code of Conduct violating.
