DHKs in TBC

I am sorry if this has already been addressed, but I was wondering what will happen to DHKs in TBC?
With the removal of the current ranking system in the x-pac will they be removed complety or have some effect on the new points system?

We're going to be testing the effect of having no dishonorable kills in the expansion beta. That testing will determine what we do moving forward, but for now we are at least going to see how their removal works out.
