What exactly DO you yell- Demoralizing Shout?

I've decided that, due to its name, Demoralizing Shout is simply a very well-directed insult that makes your opponent briefly feel very bad and ashamed of himself, thus lowering his defenses because his feelings are hurt.

You can see their innermost fear and shout it at them. I think for Dwarves it's a variation of, "Your ale mug is empty and your beard is falling out!"
