In outland on a PVE server will it be just like a PVP server or not? It would be pretty stupid to have another sithlus type pvp which NO ONE does on my server. Blue reply would be great.

You will need to flag to take part in PvP just like you would on a PvE realm. Contested zones still act the same as on a PvE realm as well.

This is correct. There are other objectives as well. In Zangarmarsh the side that controls the two towers can also control a central graveyard. In doing so, it makes it easier for people to get back to where they are questing or hunting. Plus, you get honor for it.
