Why do Dwarves have Scottish accents?

Do the Titans have a thing for the Scottish?

Do they enjoy haggus?

Do they like the Bagpipes?

WHY OH WHY DID THE TITANS GIVE DWARVES SCOTTISH ACCENTS?!

I guess I can kind of understand how you could hear them as being similar, but as there's no such place as Scotland in Azeroth it would be impossible for them to have Scottish accents. They're clearly Dwarven accents.
