As stated on the Gamestop pre-order page "Official price and release date have NOT been announced by Blizzard."

They make a guess, that's all. We have not announced a release date for the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, but once we do we can assure you that you won't have to seek out a release date from any place other than the official World of Warcraft website.
