Everyone has that tone item that they have done countless runs for, but still never got. For some of us, it was lower level items that we went back for eventually after we no longer had use for it. Others are still going after that one item.

For me it was the Chromatically Tempered Sword. Did Chromaggus 5 billion times, saved all my DKP and still never got it to drop. It still haunts me to this day.

ZG tiger/raptor mounts, ran that place so much and only saw them drop once... they still make me drool to this day.
