Non-combat pet battles

Imagine if you will. Being able to combat those non-combat pets you collect against other non-combat pets. I see it being an interesting diversion if these non-combat pets could be battled against each other. Each one with learnable skills that would individualize them.

And lets say perhaps there was a tournament for this. The winner getting a title recognizing their accomplishment
