Since 2.3 sucks for rogues (and many other), when the hell is 2.4 going to come out?

I don't know why, but I still have hope that Blizz will one day decide to buff the rogue class.

2.4 definitely won't be coming out for awhile. We have a lot of testing and alterations that we still want to do for patch 2.3 since it just hit the PTR. You should copy your character over as soon as it's possible and help test it out if you want it to go faster.

Definitely incorrect. Player feedback helps us out a lot on the PTR and we often make changes based on this.
