Honor Reset For 2.3?

I tried the search function but it's not working currently. Was there mention of a honor reset before 2.3 and the season 1 gear being purchased? I've been thinking of stockpiling honor in order to purchase the season one gear.

We have no plans right now to reset the honor points that a player currently has. Stockpile away!
