Why is there a bear skin rug in Moonglade?

Right there on the floor of one of our buildings.

It's the city of druids. Every resident in the city is part bear. Yet, someone has killed a bear and laid it's skin out for all to walk upon. This is outrageous! I demand that the bear skin rug be removed from Moonglade immediately and replaced with a new rug made out of the skins of gnomes.

This is SACRILEGE!
