It was simply referred to vehicle technology, but a better way to look at it is having more abilities on special mounts. Catapults, Flying Machines, and horses all exist in the game already, there will now just be new situations/quests were you can hop on one and use special abilities. It's new technology we didn't have previously and it's turning into a lot of fun.
