The writing on the wall that pve-pvp is something you can profit on. You can say population imbalances or whatever you want to make it look better for you but eventually you'll have to realize that pve-pvp is a GOOD THING.
I was ganked maybe four or five times before hitting Outland in my most recent leveling experience. I personally don't see the issue any longer, and while it can vary greatly from realm to realm or even person to person, it's just not the same PvP leveling experience it used to be at all. Times have changed.
