Mantle of the Fire Festival

Is there any way to get Burning Blossoms ( http://thottbot.com/i23247 ) to purchase the mantle ( http://thottbot.com/i23324 ) without gaining xp?

The questgiver for Wild Fires in the Eastern Kingdoms ( http://thottbot.com/q9323 ) does not appear to be in Ironforge. But the mantle appears to be in the supplies store npc.

I can not do the quests to get all 100 blossoms without leveling out. Any way that I am able to get this? Is the quest giver going to make an appearance?

The old quest to get the Mantle has been phased out and will not become available.

Because the very same item reward is available for purchase on the Midsummer vendor for blossom cost, and because we revamped the holiday, rather. :)

The crown isn't on sale because you can still do the old quests to get the crown.

The Fiery Festival Brew is in the same sort of category as other, similar holiday items such as in Hallow's End -- they do neat visual things and change the look of the world for a bit, but we don't necessarily want that look to last year round. The Brew has a distinctive look that's very much tied to the Midsummer Festival.
