There's no definitive player cap number as we've continually raised the cap on realms in order to relieve queues. Obviously there's only so much processing power, storage, and bandwidth to handle simultaneous users and so you'll see us do things such as open the free transfers that are currently available to balance population and hopefully get the queue numbers down, as well as get more people on the lower populated realms.
