Three words.

Totally. Worth. It.

I live in Canada and after taxes, shipping and a cross border levy (thanks DHL!) it cost US $490.

It is extremely heavy and most people I've shown it to have almost dropped it b/c they grab onto the hilt with one hand. The pictures on Epic Weapons do not do it justice...if you get the chance to see one, go see it.

Great work Blizzard!

PS: My only complaint was the lack of a WotLK beta invite in the box :p

Edit: 440 Stainless is still crap.

You do bring up a good point. I think those expecting to obtain money, power, and women with their new Frostmourne replica might be disappointed.

Don't expect to avenge the fall of Carthage with this sword. Do expect to wipe drool off your linoleum when friends come to visit. ;)

ya $15 vs $490 good job on analogies.

I think the point is you just came to the World of Warcraft Discussion forums with a paid account to cut someone down for purchasing World of Warcraft merchandise. If we're keeping you from your Peace Corps. activities, by all means take your leave.
