Legendary items in BC? - Blue Tracker

I was just wondering if there were any plans to be able to upgrade the (pre-BC) legendary items to be more useful at level 70... Through a quest or whatnot...

You will outgrow legendary items just as you outgrow uncommon, rare and epic items. It will simply take much longer to do so. An item is statified based on the item type (gloves, chest, two-handed weapons, etc...), the item level, and the item quality. For instance, a level 70 legendary sword would have more stats than a level 70 epic sword, however, that wouldn't necessarily be true when comparing that same legendary sword to a level 95 epic sword.
