5 hrs now for a ticket..Are GM's on strike?

Seriously, how many GM's do you have per realm? 0, 1? a hamster? waiting 5 + hours just to talk to someone from a mufti million dollar company is kinda sad. Quit smoking our money and use it.

Game Masters do not operate per realm. This is to alleviate any potential perceptions that different realms are treated differently (RP and PvP policies notwithstanding).

We have a strong presence of U.S. Support staff at Blizzard Entertainment in two locations in the country. While I can appreciate your need for assistance, please note that a patch was released on Tuesday which usually leads to great spikes in the amount of tickets the In-Game Support staff is receiving. This also leads to increased wait times across all realms.
