We have no plans to add a new battleground before Wrath of the Lich King. We do have new PvP encounters planned as a part of the expansion, however.

Such as an entire zone (Lake Wintergrasp) that involved siege weapons and destructible buildings, a new battleground, and more World PvP objectives. We'll have more details on these things a bit later on though and aren't ready to discuss them just yet.
