Can the custom DH features be changed?

Like, at a barbershop?

Need to know how perfect to make my DH the first time.

You can change your Tattoo Style, Tattoo Color, Horn Style, and Blindfold at a barbershop.

(as well as the other usuals - facial hair, hair color, hairstyle, face)

But being serious, i'm pretty sure you can change them at the barber.
