Legion Rares and Re-Killability

Currently, Legion rares once killed are like Draenor (non-100) rares - once killed, they no longer offer their loot. The problem with this is that unlike Draenor rares, Legion rares do not have a 100% drop rate on their unique items. While this is only a minor inconvenience for those that drop gear (although it is frustrating to only get one chance ever at a piece of gear), it is a lot more annoying in the case of those that drop AP items, toys, or pets.

Legion rares should either be 100% drop and single-time kill, or RNG drop and daily kill. No one should be locked away from an item forever unless that item is removed from the game. Nothing else does that.

Can you provide an example of a rare you didn't get the one-time loot from? Thanks!

Thank you for the reports. In next week's beta build, you should once again receive a one-time reward of Order Hall Resources whenever you defeat a rare.

Please note that you will not always obtain a piece of equipment as well, only if that rare has a drop that you can use.
