People with 28k cap like in the US

Blizz wth is this?
Some people have 28k cap like we've seen in the US.
No it's not a UI bug as some people have been going over the cap.
Can we fix this before some people are full 522 in the first week and faceroll everyone

This could be game breaking for a good looking season

EDIT: vendors aren't there so I hope this gets fixed asap

For Arena alone, the cap is 1800 Conquest, yes. However the 2200 cap mentioned is the default cap for rated battlegrounds. We're currently working on a solution to this issue and the Conquest vendors have been disabled for the time being.
