It's not working. You still have to cap arena first and rbg AFTER. It's a matter of poor coding, nothing more. This proves that, over time, you hired some bad programmers. No wonder subscriptions are dropping.
Holinka has already been made aware of this issue and there is a hotfix being created and tested to resolve the problem. Until this hotfix has been completed and applied to the realms, we can only recommend that you complete your weekly cap by performing RBGs.
