Checking your perfomance on a log such as World of Logs can be very useful to better understand what might be failing (although you need to be sure your strategy is fine too!) and find areas of improvement for everyone.

Dejadeux already pointed you on which areas you might improve your performance, and for any guild out there struggling on any boss, it's definitely good advice to do a similar analysis to try to better understand why things don't seem to tick.
