[BUG] Quest name = [Strongarm Tactics]

This quest is bugged, no1 can get the kill from boss and we killed him 1000 times. We skipped that quest, now we r phased out, can't get back, even if we could, it's still bugged. Please do something about that. ty

Thanks for the info guys, there's a hotfix on the way for anyone unable to complete the quest. Apologies for the trouble.
