The option "Show All Enemy Debuffs" is bugged

When I disable the "Show All Enemy Debuffs" option, which is supposed to show only "those (debuffs) deemed relevant to you", it doesn't work as intended. While it does manage to filter most debuffs on the target, some go through and they are in no way relevant to me since none of my spells/actions interact with them.

Is there any way to fix this without being forced to use addons?
