Winter Veil Quest givers still swamped

So there still isn't a no mount zone around the quest givers or Great Winter Father.

WHY?

Can't hand quest in because someone has a giant mammouth sitting on top of them

There was indeed a hotfix deployed last night that should dismount players when they are near to Great Father Winter. :)

A few changes have indeed been made to the What Horrible Presents! quest. For those who may have missed them:

Greatly increased the spawn rates of quest objectives for the following Winter Veil quests: What Horrible Presents!, Grumpus, Menacing Grumplings, and Where are the Children?

What Horrible Presents!: Spirit Bomb should no longer incorrectly cause players to become flagged for PvP.
