suggestion - leveling profession while leveling

Currently leveling a deathknight and a warlock, and it seems that there's now a complete disconnect between leveling a character, and leveling their profession as they go (tailoring/enchanting and blacksmith)

at the moment, you might get one or two items per level, at random, that are invariably green, and almost without fail with worse stats than what are available from questing / drops.

so in the end you turn to the professions guides to level them in the most efficient way possible, and just junk (or d/e) the items created - there's no real reason NOT to wait until max level and just do it in one hit.

What I'd like to see is an overhaul so that the every 10 levels up to 70, then every 5 levels, you get a complete set (helm/shoulders/chest/wrist/gloves/legs/boots) that are worth stopping to craft (ie, rare - bop) and are all that are needed to progress the profession to the next set (by giving each one a +n skills boost per craft).
Also include a weapon and a trinket for most of the sets.

level 1, skill level 1 = copper (+10 boost per item) plus a weapon (+10 boost)
level 10, skill level 80 = bronze (+5 boost per item)
level 20, skill level 115 = iron (+5 boost per item) plus a weapon (+10 boost)
level 30, skill level 160 = steel (+5 boost per item) plus a weapon (+10 boost)
level 40, skill level 205 = mithril (+5 boost per item) plus a weapon (+10 boost)
level 50, skill level 250 = thorium (+5 boost per item) plus a weapon (+10 boost) plus a trinket (+5 boost)
level 60, skill level 300 = fel iron (+5 boost per item) plus a weapon (+10 boost) plus a trinket (+5 boost)
level 70, skill level 350 = cobalt (+5 boost per item) plus a weapon (+10 boost) plus a trinket (+5 boost)
level 75, skill level 400 = saronite (+5 boost per item) plus a weapon (+10 boost) plus a trinket (+5 boost)
level 80, skill level 450 = obsidium (+5 boost per item) plus a weapon (+10 boost) plus a trinket (+5 boost)
level 85, skill level 500 = ghost-iron
level 90, skill level 550 = <current end content - reserved for next xpac starter metal>

yeah - i know there's now the ghost-iron plans (for blacksmith) so you can do it all in one go once you hit 90, but that doesn't help first time players level as they go.

The act of posting simply to bump a thread is considered spamming. This also includes bumping very old threads for no reason (called 'necro bumping' or 'necroing').
