"Error retrieving character list"

Hi, I cannot reconnect because the server is not able to retrieve my characters. Did it already happen to someone ? Is there anything I can do or do I just need to wait ?

I had to bring down the realms while we work on a fix, apologies.

Looks like our network engineers were able to get things stable for now, we'll keep an eye on the realms.
