Runtime error, blizzard downloader

I get the error :

Runtime error!

Program C:\World of Warcraft\Backgrounddownloader.exe

The application requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.


This happens when I click play on the launcher. If I click ok, the game launches, i log in, and then it downloads a patch in game. Then it says to restart, i click that, then the "Blizzard Updater" starts and says that its waiting for files to close.

I read the sticky about this, I opened the task manager, closed the processes the sticky mentions, but still nothing happens.
