Is the pre-patch live in EU now? If not; when will it be? Funny how there's no exact time for the patch going live, only a date. So, anyone?

same goes for auto-questchain and the related scenario

So I guess 7.0.3 is somewhat live and rest maybe released when servers behave stable?

The pre-Legion content is going to be coming in waves right up until the release of Legion.

Today saw the release of the class changes, Transmogrification Wardrobe and other technical changes for Legion.

Demon Invasions will occur in the coming weeks.

Demon Hunters should be available by August 17th at the latest.

There's also the Broken Shore scenario to follow.
