Can someone please tell me how to turn off the 'You have honor talents available' thing that keeps coming up as a help notification it's annoying af lul.

This is a known issue, but thanks for the report!

You can check the 7.0.3 Known Issues here.

  • Players are erroneously informed that there is an available Honor Talent at level 100.
