[Bug] Highmountain Stands

After the cutscene with Dargul destroying Rivermane, the NPC"s to hand in the Quest do not appear.

The ? appears on the map, but they do not phase in. Nor is any of the mobs (shard creatures etc) around as they should normally be.

Now i'm roadblocked and cant finish the last Story quest for Highmountain.

This looks to be fixed in the next build, please re-test it and let us know.
