When is the 12th Character slot available?

Hey guys!

I was just wondering if anyone knows when the 12th character slot will be available? I hope it is in the Pre-Patch, so i dont have to delete a character to play the Demon Hunter early.

The 12th slot should be coming in with the pre-patch. :)
