Ma'haat the Indomitable - NPC not there

Hey guys for the quest Ma'haat the Indomitable ( http://legion.wowhead.com/quest=42989/mahaat-the-indomitable ) The NPC is not showing up. Neither is Tharazane or any of the other NPCs that are usually there besides the Repair vendor and Quartermaster vendor.

Sidenote: Deepholm drops my FPS to about 5 unless I'm looking at the group.
