Launcher keeps doing a scan and repair

I cant log in as my launcher says there is a problem with my game and proceeds to do a scan and repair. Has done it threes times now :(

Hmm, if you close the Battle.net App, (make sure all processes close too), then re-launch by running the executable as Admin, does that stop it?
