Someone mentioned it a couple of days ago and I looked at my achieves and I only had to do 8 Kalimdor zones this weekend to get it. I'm pretty happy, even if I did do it the "easy" way.
I almost had it a few years ago, but stupidly left a lot of EK until the last minute and it all got reset when the Cata pre-patch launched. So I had to start over...now it's done (and after 5 different characters got the Seeker achieve, but still didn't get every zone done).
