Phasing issues everywhere...

Well the Scenario we were testing works great as far as stability goes... Can't say the same for the rest of the game however. For some reason there is a weird phasing issue no matter where you go. I tried Stormwind, Dalaran, Azsuna... everywhere had phasing issues where you couldn't see NPC's and if you tried to go up to them they would just disappear. Everything except the Scenario is unplayable.
