Just confusing wording--it's a 25% (relative) reduction, from 60% self-damage to 45%. We'll see if that can be made clearer. Tuning might still fluctuate a good bit due to the new design of Light of the Martyr.

In addition to changing Light of the Martyr this build, there are a few talent changes that didn't make it in, that will be in next build. You should see buffs to Rule of Law and Beacon of the Lightbringer, and a buff/redesign for Crusader's Might.
