Do not be alarmed. There is a hotfix in the works to address reports of unusual audio occurrences in the Stormshield and Warspear areas.

This hotfix went up a short time ago in today's update to the Patch 6.2.3 Hotfix Blog.

Players entering Ashran on a flying mount should no longer cause a Fel Reaver sound to play.
