There is a picture of a dragon impaled on top of a tower. Its a very interesting image. Is this from something in game.

You can find it on the launch menu promoting the new patch.

The image of Deathwing impaled on top of Wyrmrest is from End Time. It's a vision of a future that didn't/doesn't come to pass.

The new patch includes Cataclysm Timewalking, which includes End Time.
