Mine is that I joined a guild run for HFC Normal via Raid Finder. I forgot as Boomkin that I had Glyph of Untamed Stars active. I pulled all three of the giants outside Kormrok. We all wiped the first time, and people were a little ticked off. I then accidentally did it again because I forgot to remove the glyph. I quickly covered my own !@# and said that it was the hunter's barrage (with a hasty removal of the glyph before people inspected). The hunter got kicked not only from the group, but from the guild... We killed Kormrok though.
