INSTANCES NOT LAUNCHED TRY AGAIN LATER

i mean c'mon what the fck is the problem we pay for wow to play and lvl and also RAIDING.
like WTF i tried for bout 1 hour 30 min to enter onyxia's lair and 1 hour to enter ahn'qiraj the same again my group left and i was not able to get better gear this is rlly pissing me off.
is this some kinda joke cause if so its a bad 1 i understand that we can w8 10 min but not hours.
