Just dropping by from the Customer Service and Tech forums to let everyone know we are aware of the issues with the PTR server lists and it is currently being worked on.
The Customer Service team is unable to individually assist with this issue. While we were trying a temporary workaround, we discovered that it may impact our ability to resolve the underlying issue. At this point, we are working on a better resolution.
We understand the frustration this may cause and we appreciate your patience while our teams work to resolve the issue.
