Are the PTR Servers Up?

Every time i go to play i get no servers on my list. Is it just my luck or are the servers not up at this time?

Are one of the things in motion implementation of the discussion-generating PTR build Celestalon spoke of ?

Well, yes and no, I suppose. This morning's specific downtime was related to some backend DB systems unrelated to a normal PTR build push, which I'm still trying to get an ETA for.

But that downtime doesn't preclude the possibility of having downtime later today or tomorrow for a new build push - but that's honestly too early to tell at this point.
