Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has the issue of the wow magazine with all the real life Wow inspired recipes? I'm looking for the <EDIT> Mystery stew recipe - I've lost my magazine *SIGH*. A snapshot with your phone would be great and post an imgur link or something :((((

If you help me out, I'll come to your realm and bring you a cute pet or something. :)

Most likely before. Rarely have I seen a recipe where you dredge the meat after browning.


Yeah interesting, it seems to be missing a browning step for the meat. Those directions are kind of odd overall... Seems like it should be "Dredge the beef in the flour mixture, brown in the pan, and then remove beef." That's the way I'd do it. Dredging in flour before browning helps create a sort of meat-fat roux (and some extra crusty flavor bits on the bottom of the pan), which later thickens a stew.
