Characters one again set back to MoP license

We're trying to make some tweaks to account box levels on the PTR. Actively investigating into this, will provide an update as soon as I have concrete information to pass along.

I believe this should be resolved, for now. Apologies for the lack of warning, we're testing out various methods of flagging accounts for WoD PTR.

There's a definite chance it can happen again, but we'll do our best to keep this downtime to a minimum.
