Instance server complaint

I wanna put this as a formel complaint over what im paying for each month. I expect to be able to play the game as it is intented which means that groups can join instances.

I am fed up with groups breaking up after 30-40min of trying to enter an instance - tonight we tried to do HOL HC, after 34min we just gave up and idled in Dalaran instead. I know that 90% of the client base are happy with the changes you have made to Emblem of Conquests, so it drops from all HC's, but it just pushes the load on the server.

I have a very busy work schedule and social schedule - so when I sit down to play WOW I expect to be able to do whatever I want. It's simply not good enough! Is it really to much to ask from a multi-million-dollar company?

Fix it - and yes I am demanding it.
I pay good money and expect good value for it - not just the content - but also stability!
