Allied Off. Accessories Qmaster not selling

For some reason, the Alliance Officer Accessories Quartermaster is no longer selling many of the items he once did. The low-level pvp trinkets, cloaks, silly stam/spirit trinkets, Scout/Knight tabards, and, most direly, the Alliance Battle Standard are all no longer obtainable. I checked the corresponding horde-side Quartermaster, and he had every item for sale.
Given that I'm leveling this character primarily through pvp, being unable to obtain a Battle Standard or even an operable trinket is a bit of a concern, to put it lightly. At first, I was willing to accept it as a temporary oversight in the code change in some patch, but as more time passes without a fix, or at the very least a corresponding Horde removal (though please don't do that), I begin to believe it's part of a massive overarching conspiracy to nerf Alliance low-level pvp.
Okay, not really. But seriously, it'd be nice to be able to get these things.
tl;dr low-level pvp is fun but items unobtainable for alliance only aren't.
